My name is Elian Richmond, and I have over 20 years of professional experience in the hair industry. I have owned and operated my own salon, and my work has taken me far beyond the salon chair. Over the years, I have worked on hair sets and productions with multiple celebrities around the world, supporting high profile clients in fast paced environments where precision, knowledge, and results are non negotiable.

However, the more I saw behind the scenes, the clearer something became. Too many people with curly, wavy, and textured hair were being pushed toward harsh products and quick fixes that delivered short term appearance at the cost of long term damage. I watched scalp health get ignored. I watched curls become dry, fragile, and difficult to manage, not because the hair was “bad,” but because it was never being cared for in the way textured hair truly needs.
